- What do I get with Pro that I don't get for free?
- Pro unlocks unlimited searches with no daily cap, access to all cabin classes including Business and First Class, hotel points search and tracking, price drop alerts, and premium newsletter content.
- Which airlines can I search?
- Award Travel Finder searches 18 airlines including British Airways, Qatar Airways, Cathay Pacific, American Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, JetBlue, and more. Results show points costs across 14 loyalty programs.
- Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
- Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable but will continue to work until the end of your billing year.
- How many searches can I perform with Pro?
- With a Pro membership, you get unlimited searches. There are no daily, weekly, or monthly limits.
- Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
- Yes, you can upgrade from monthly to annual at any time. When you upgrade, you'll immediately start saving with the annual rate.
- Do you offer refunds?
